The Independent Living Center of Southern California, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) consumer-based, non-residential agency providing a wide range of services to a growing population of people with disabilities. ILCSC is dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities to exercise independence - professionally, personally, and creatively - while educating the community.
